Forgive me if it's been posted already... when hiring a coach, for div 4 - noob, which class do I need?
Eg. to train players who have skills 4-5 balls average.
Do I need a 4-5 ball skills coach or a 6-7 ball skills? Is it faster to train with a higher ball skills coach?
Thank you!

Best to have coaches with higher skill balls than the players you are training. E.g 4-5 ball players a 6 or 7 coach would be fine.
Any coach has a positive effect on training and the better then coach the better the training efficiency

In the beginners guide- “ Coaches use their expertise to improve your Players’ training efficiency in their attributes. Like Players, they have different skill levels in each attribute. Their training effects are magnified if their skill level in the attribute they are teaching is greater than that of the Players under their guidance. Each Coach can assist 5 Senior Players and 6 Youth Players. You can only make use of one Coach per Training Field position - having more in place will not benefit the Players.”

for this statement:
"Their training effects are magnified if their skill level in the attribute they are teaching is greater than that of the Players under their guidance."
Will a 9@ coach have a better / faster effect in training compared to a 5@ coach training the same youth player skill (1-2@)? If so, by how much?
Thank you again for the info, very helpful.

It isn’t really know the difference but yes, a 9 ball coach will have more effect than a 6 ball coach. It’s up to the manager whether they think the increase is worth it.
My rule of thumb is I only ever use a coach a few balls better. Not worth spending crazy money on coaches and definitely not for youthEdited: 19-11-2020 17:14

True, good idea. I just started out so trying to allocate my funds on the right coaches, but I'll start with C or D coaches until I progress to a higher Division in Leagues then move to A or B.
Thanks again for the input all.

In the rules it says that a coach can assist 5 senior players and (not) 6 youth players.
OK, but how can I set that? Because if I set the coaches for the seniors, in the training field for the juniors I can't use the same coaches to assist my youth players.

Coaches can only be used on one training field at a time. They can only coach all youth players or all senior players, never both at the same time

I get the point now. So for example, if I want to train both seniors and juniors to the passing, need 2 coaches for passing, right?
