Whats the best way to rebuild a team?

I've managed the current team since 2018 but in all honesty its just been something i've check every few months with no real care. I noticed on my latest log in that all the players are now at retirement ages so was just wondering what the easiest way to build a new team would be?I've managed the current team since 2018 but in all honesty its just been something i've check every few months with no real care.

I like to build out of my youth academy if I can and then supplement with players from the market. I'm looking at a pretty drastic rebuild next season. My keeper and several other seniors will either be retiring or deteriorated to the point where they are losing competitiveness.
