Hello,
I've noticed that I no longer can view on the training field the traits of players that are maxed out or still able to improve upon. I saw that in order to have access to this I should have a Club Membership. This made me a little disappointed: how am I able to optimize my players' trainings now? I can't afford a Club Membership at the moment. Are there any other ways I could keep track of my players' trainings?
Thank you.

Excel spreadsheet was what I used for several seasons. You can color code the text for high and low potential skills. I used red and green. When a skill maxed I changed the background color.
I haven't done it in a while, but I believe you can still highlight and copy the players and their skills from the squad summary and paste into an Excel sheet.

I just tested and you can still copy and paste players and skills from Squad Summary to Excel. Unfortunately, I was not able to grab the header line (with the column names) and will need to enter that manually. But at least it's an option.

still, a ridiculous option, from a game that is focused only on making money.
You should be able to access the minimal stuff, and only pay for add removes or team personalization.

I’m pretty sure all businesses focus on making money. Without revenue you wouldn’t even have the free version

Thank you for the advice. So how can I find out if a player has maxed out a skill now? Since it won't show up on the Training Field anymore.

You’ll need to train him in a skill and if he train in that skill he is indeed maxed.

I don't think I quite understand, sorry. Wouldn't it be that the player would have to not gain anything in order to determine that he maxed that skill?

I'm sorry but I can't let this go that easily.
You're defending pay to win strategy, which is just sickening.
There is a big gap between paying a fair price for a game product/service in order to enrich your experience, and having no other option but paying money if you want to win in the game. That's the difference between an ethical business and a greedy unethical business.
You are defending the wrong side of it my friend.

I only stated that a business model will always revolve around making money. Do they have their model correct, probably not but that wasn’t my point.
I never said anything about the advantages club members and manager who pay for power tokens have. Managerzone is becoming a game for only the “die hards” and they are paying customers.
