Why should you have to pay for a work permit for a player who is already in uour country,i can understand if you are buying from another country but if he's already in your country then you shouldn't need to buy again ?

I think they were brought in for a few reasons. Obviously to encourage youth progression and to buy locally but mainly as a control measure to stop people taking advantage of the transfer market and flipping players so regularly. That’s why it doesn’t matter if another user owns the player from the same country, it’s still there as a control measure

I agree totally with the work permit, but if its brought in to encourage youth players then why are they encourage to take part in a world tour that increases the amount of foreign players by 3 more to 6 so thats 9 potential foreign players 6 you need a work permit,so i do think that Managerzone are sending out mixed messages and i read about a manager fron Belgium asking if they could relax the 2player same club 13 week rule as they have a very limited transfer market i agree with him/her ?

I agree with you bc-ad. When it's a Work permit you should be able to sign a foreign player from a domestic club without the additional fee.

However, it's as chucky said, we want managers to produce good local players so the fee is, in my opinion, fair. But what they could do is to change the name from Work permit to foreigner fee, or something along those lines.
