Youth set up question

Hello all, I am a returning player and my team is a mess. I have released my entire roster full of guys who havne't been training and have a youth camp full of 18 year old bums who have never trained. I was wondering if there was a way to to get a brand new batch of youth players other than the laborious reducing my team to 1, waiting until Saturday for them to leave and then upping to back to max? You can use the "Custom Youth Setup" and even get 23 trained 18 y/olds instantly if you want, but it will cost you some tokens (15 I think)You can use the "Custom Youth Setup" and even get 23 trained 18 y/olds instantly if you want, but it will cost you some tokens (15 I think)

You can also exchange 9 of your 18 yo bums straight away for new 16 yo's Then review each week the new 3 exchange players and make changesYou can also exchange 9 of your 18 yo bums straight away for new 16 yo's
