Scout tool help

Hi, my youths just arrived today. Upon checking the scout tool, 2 of them have 1 star lowest potential in speed. Would I be better off exchanging them right now?Hi, my youths just arrived today. Don't you want to wait until next week? So your youth players will be able for youth conditioning camp...

If he did it day 1 is no different. If he does it Day 2 the player has only missed one day’s training. No real difference at allIf he did it day 1 is no different. If he does it Day 2 the player has only missed one day’s training. No real difference at all
