For player development reasons, training graphs seems to be a very important tool. However, users that are not members have no access to training graphs. It is understandable that a member has to have some advantage over a non-member, yet I believe a tool of such importance should be available to everyone. I would propose two possible changes: a) training graphs for own team's players should be available to non-members (while training graphs of other teams' players in the transfer market might remain available only to club members); b) at the very least, player's training data from the date of his "arrival" to the team would be accessible to non-member users. I believe either of these changes would really help non-member users in terms of player development and might make it a more interesting activity, given that it would allow to plan and organize training more easily and effectively.
Looking forward to any opinions and remarks.

Well..basically training graphs are the main reason why people become CMs. I think this would lead to quicker downfall of MZ.

Agreed. It’s the biggest advantage of being a CM. I wouldn’t be able to maintain a high level team without them. Naturally all the top teams are CM’s and it’s because the extra benefits it offers.

Well, the number of active players has already fallen quite a lot, compared to, let's say, 10 years ago. So it's also a debate of whether CMs or non-members actually drives the whole game. In order to promote the game to new players, I believe making a non-member experience slightly more enjoyable might be beneficial.

Unfortunately CM’s drive the game, that’s no debate. They are the ones injecting money into the game.

That is a debate. In my opinion, to attract more users who would become CMs, you must improve non-CM experience so that a non-paid user would be persuaded to pay for the game.
And the improvement, as I was telling in the thread, would be to add some basic features (e.g. limited training graphs) which are the most necessary for developing your team and competing in higher levels. Maybe all the youth and world leagues, cups and all the other additional features of smaller importance are what the CMs deserve to get exclusively, but not the basic tools.

I agree.
Maybe having simple training graphs for non-members and a more complex, complete version of them for club members?
