ENG support tickets

I've got 2 International tickets raised with support but nobody seems to pick those up. Anyone available please?

Hi,

Thanks for coming back, hope this can be fixed quickly. Sadly, I believe that the communication with the people who are supposed to support the users and improve the game is abysmal and their approach in treating any issue/investigation is appalling.

At the end of the day we all want this game to improve and keep the fun in it however, the community is getting smaller and smaller and the least can be done is strengthen this relationship between the crew/xAs and the users, regardless of their badge, everyone is supporting just by being active.

How do you know that though? Investigations are kept private and the outcomes are never shared with the general public so you really would have no idea the outcome or the pace the issues are being addressed and if they are being addressed. Most are very difficult and not clear cut so they do need investigating which takes time.

I can understand your point with the relationship with crew and I can see how you feel that way but I don’t think you should lump all the xA’s into the same bracket.

Just my opinions though :)

Totally agree with you, it's nothing against xAs or the crew, it's more of a problem with the processes in place.

Clearly not going to discuss any ticket or specific issue on the forum, I'm referring strictly to the approach my issue is being investigated and the communication between us.

Looking at different MZ communities (like Facebook, etc.) there seem to be quite a lot of people complaining about this. Yes, we all have different problems and some investigations might take quite a while, but this needs to be addressed in order to improve the MZ experience. The longer an investigation takes the more frustrated you become because it's affecting club's performance.

Everyone should be valued for their support of the game no matter how they do this, being part of the xA/crew structure, members or simply competing in the league.

Yeh I personally feel there should be more control measures in place to make it a lot harder to be dishonest in the game. The focus should be on preventative measures and not necessarily the repercussions as proven, it’s tough to hold managers accountable and investigations take a long time.
