You have way too many players for a division 3 Mexican team. You could nearly sell all your older players, keep the core group of younger guys 23 years and under that still have potential. You can use the cash to upgrade your other players and safe all those wages each week. Without knowing your players maxing it leaves it hard to make too much comment on. For now I’d play a basics Short Passing tactic and depending how you evolve your squad in the next two seasons train some more AP and you could look to play wingsYou have way too many players for a division 3 Mexican team.
