Lower the boost for red-carded team!

Badge image
That players still on field start to play better after a mate is sent off - I can understand. But you cannot make this boost that high that the 10-players team start to play better even if when their team was complete!
Look at this match: matchid=1102859891
home team leads 2-0, then aways team which just got a defender sent off starts to play better and better and turns the score to 2-3. This is simply a bad joke, it doesn't make sense.
This is not the first time I meet this behaviour, so it is clear to me yesterday was not an accident, it is the was simulator works, and it is really out of any logic.

I’ve had plenty of red cards against my team and my team have turn coped a hiding. I think it works both ways as it should.

Have you even checked the match I refered? Try to give an explanation to that, not just fooling around!

There isn’t an explanation for everything on this game. With a simulated game you get results like these. Obviously it’s a little crazy to believe how that would be possible but it’s not the norm.

I’ve had plenty of strange results in this game but over time you’ll find they even themselves out.

I beg to differ. Strange results don't even themselves out over time. That is just wishful thinking, or rather another way to justify a poor randomizer a.k.a. football simulator.

Don’t get me wrong, the similar has many faults but I think it’s always going to be hard to please everyone.

If the superior team won every time I think you’d have a pretty boring game and a lot more managers leaving and the gap between the top managers would grow further

Well the opposite happened to me on a u23 cup final

https://www.managerzone.com/?p=match&sub=result&mid=1117217748&tid=139824

I was losing the game 3-0, opponent got a red card at minute 45 and I scored 6 goals on the 2nd half to win the game 6-4.

Some teams adjust their tactics when they get a red card, that tactic might work better even when 10 players than the initial tactic, also a red card will always alter the tactic as one player will be missing and ironically, depending on the tactic, that might be a positive change.... what will happen after a red card is unpredictable, the team with 10 players a positive tactical change due to the card or on the other hard, a very negative one, I've been on both sides of this really.

I agree, sometimes you might get a red card playing against a back 5 and when your winger naturally fills in defences it makes your team adjust a play through the middle which could have been more effective.

Yeah, sure, sometimes when your defender is sent off, your winger becomes a better defender, but also your midfield gets a boost because your goalgeter withdraws to inner, and never the less your atack starts to play stronger ALA the fewer is the better.
Guys, do you even read what you are writing?

I’m just making an arguments for both sides. I’ve found it to the majority favour the team with more players but I can see how it can benefit the team down a player sometimes too.

In RL, win of the red-carded team is an exception, unless difference between opponents is large. Here in MZ I am finding the opposite, which makes this game very unrealistic!
Could this unrealism be one of the reason why users are dropping dramatically in number?!
