Your feelings on the new youth scout report feature?

Is it working how you expected? How is it changing how you evaluate youths? I'm finding it to be unexpectedly deep. I've found that I'm training players very differently than I used to. I would have thought this new system would result in me exchanging lots/all of the lower rated players. On the contrary, I'm actually training some 2-1-3 and 2-1-4 players depending on a few factors. Some I'm trying to discover how high their weak maxings will really be, some I'm training to see how high their unannounced skills will turn out because their weak skills are unnecessary (Set plays & Keeping for example.) And some I'm training to see how high their highest skills will turn out. How has the scout report changed your training? One thing that surprised me, I thought Set Plays wasn't going to be included in any of the appraised skills...Is it working how you expected? How is it changing how you evaluate youths?

One of the things I'm most interested to see is how different a 4-star speed trainer will be compared to a 1-star.One of the things I'm most interested to see is how different a 4-star speed trainer will be compared to a 1-star.
