My costs weekly are 2.9m, because i made a few mistakes by hiring alot of A class coaches. Im slowly getting rid of all the coaches but costs me more to get rid of them than keeping them. ATM i have enough to pay for upcoming week, but after that i'll go bankrupt :(

Quickest way for you to get back in the Black is to offload the old guys. Keep maybe 5 players or if your really worried, sell/fire them all. Use your youth and build around them.
Spend the season upgrading your stadium so you are always getting 100% income you can. Unfortunately this game isn’t a sprint it’s a marathon

And i suggest before firing players, try to put them on transfer market for 1 sales day.
Even 50,000 euro can make a difference here for you.
With that money you can upgrade your stadium and have more income.
Play friendlies, and if you can try joining friendly leagues too.
