Custom Youth Player Quality(esp. 16 yo)

Hi, I know how it works for 17 or 18 years old players, the quality is random. Yet, I wonder if there would be a difference for 16 years old players. If I summon new youths normally in the beginning of the season, or if I summon 16 years old players by using custom youth, again in the beginning of the season, will there be a difference? If I pay for this thing, I expect a better quality. However, if it's just the beginning of a season and players are 16 years old, it's understandable that there will be no difference. So, in conclusion both ideas are logical but which one applies here?Hi,

[b]Your new Youth Players arrive instantly.[/b] Youths ordered via Custom Youth Setup must stay in your team for three Seasons before you can sell them. However, they can be exchanged while they are Youths and fired as soon as they become Senior Players. [b]Please note that if you order first season Youths and it's past season day 6, you will lose Youth Conditioning Camp slots accordingly. [/b] This feature can only be used once every two seasons.
