How much is this guy worth?

I have quite exceptional young keeper. Because I play for short time and struggle financially, I consider selling him, so I wonder what is his market value: [fpl=204254406] He is completely unmaxed. Don't know for sure as he is 20 year old player and U21 players transfer market value tends to jump up and down. But if I have to bid, than I would not bid more than 1,5 mln(€) because he lacks a.passing to be used in U21 team. But I guess there are managers who would pay more than me.
