New youths to arrive on Day 1

Before, you had between Day 1 and 4 on you to do this, before the new youths arrived on day 5. Now, instead you have to lower the amount between Day 90 Sunday (after the training report has arrived on the Saturday, or to be on the safe side on Sunday morning) and before the new season starts.

Instead, if you reduce the academy to 8 on Day 90-91, the 5 18-year-olds will become seniors on the new season, while 2 random players will disappear on the Saturday, Day 5.

If you change the number after day 1, than yes! If you increase it before day 1 than new youths arrive on day 1. At least thats how I understand it!

Weren't new youths supposed to come prepared for the games... Meaning NOT TIRED? And why the Hell are they tired already, my club is in center Bucharest, where did they come from?
