Overplayed Players

What is the best way to rest overplayed players? Is putting them on the bench enough or should they be removed from the tactic completely? I currently have them on the bench and not training but its been several days and their status has not changed.What is the best way to rest overplayed players? Is putting them on the bench enough or should they be removed from the tactic completely? You're welcome. Don't forget you need 4 friendlies a week to keep top form. More or less friendlies a week effect the form negatively. If you want more friendlies, rotate your players.You're welcome.
