When do foreign transfered players become national players?.

Dont know if this as been asked before, but i currently have 9 international player on my list (why you ask ? extraordinarily high prices :( ) . How long does it take for those internationals to become national players ?.Dont know if this as been asked before, but i currently have 9 international player on my list (why you ask ? extraordinarily high prices :( ) . What to you mean by this? If they are good enough offer them to NCs to see if they are good enough to play for their national teams.
