Do you have any Health Hacks?

I'm curious if you have any secrets about health, may it be mental or physical. What works for you really, really well and you wish to share it so everyone could benefit from your experience?
I'm in journey of discovering health, and I came to the conclusion that people's experiences(and not theories) should be taken into consideration, sometimes even against medical advice. I do know that doctors are not trained in school about nutrition, and, sadly, some of them are just puppets of the Pharma industry even if they don't realize it.
With that being said looking forward to read your input!

Raw food.

Have a look at these guys:
Dr. Robert Morse (proposes that all diseases are due to lymphatic system not working properly)
John Rose (fruitarian/raw foodist for the last 27 years who looks like a Greek demigod)

Walking in nature

I live in a trafficated city (Naples, Italy) and that stresses me out so much. Considering I have to move with public transport to go to university, I'm spending lots of time in busy/noisy places. On the other hand I find very relaxing walking in nature, staring at the sea and looking for silent places.
It may seem simple but it increased my self control and helped me to be more calm and less stressed.
Try to take some time to stay alone in the nature ;)

Well, yeah, but did you actually tried the raw food diet? Internet is full of theories, I think would be far more interesting to debate things we actually tried and know from our experience.

Cheers! Amazing how small things like this make a difference. I have a similar problem. I live in a very noisy neighbourhood, near traffic, constructions sites all over the place, I am really considering to get out from the city and to find a quieter, greener place in the suburbs. Thanks for sharing.
