What is the best way to learn Japanese for free online?

I am learning Japanese for some time and I was wondering if there is anywhere to watch Japanese TV online or with APP? Like Japanese news, talk shows, TV dramas, movies,etc.You know the year of 2018 is Russia World Cup. It will be a cool thing to watch it in France, along with drinking beer and listening to Japanese.
