It would be interesting to have a ranking for the National Teams. One for the senior NT and another one for U21 NT. Something similar with the FIFA ranking.
1. For all official matches a higher points system and for friendlies a lower points system.
2. Also a higher number of points if the NT plays against a better team and lower number of points if a NT plays against a lower ranked NT.
For now, all countries get points based of how many managers are active in that country, which is ok up to a point. It would be awesome to see how "Z" country beat "A" or "B" country, even "Z" country has 2-3 active managers and "A" or "B" a few hundreds.
I am sure that the management of Managerzone can implement these 2 different rankings based of NT results and not of active managers.
3. Also, Managerzone needs an update of the countries in the system. I think that 10-20 countries don't count in football or hockey. Inactive countries for more than 2, 3 or 5 years should be replaced by other countries. If a country doesn't have 10-15 active managers should play in a special championship, same as ManagerZone Country.
Countries like Japan, Cameroon, Ghana, Cote d'Ivoire or other countries can always replace countries with zero active managers. Just an idea.
I am sure that is difficult to implement all these changes, takes time and a lot of extra costs, but it would make Managerzone much attractive for newcomers.
