what about having another 'tab' on the NC page displaying the previous NCs and their tenures (and if possible, their performances/achievements in the NT Cups in which they managed their NTs) ?
that way, it would look exciting and would remind NCs of their good old days, as well as serve a great tool for managers (who qualify for voting in NC elections) to see the candidates' past performances and hence vote wisely.
