Change languageWith the deteriorations and all the people complaining that they cannot use their players for nor more than 2 or 3 seasons, it wouldn't be a bad idea that we can get our youth of 10 to 15 balls with 13 years old so we can train them for 2 more season. In this way we could get better players at the age of 21-22, so they can start playing in the senior team 4,5 or 6 seasons before they star deteriorating. In my opinion it´s not a bad idea because in nowadays football, players start playing in senior teams at the age of 16 or more (Odegaard is an example) and in this way if you have a super youth, he would be able to start playing at 19 years old, that is a more realistic age to start in a senior team than at 24.
What's your opinion about this idea?

Instead of 20-30 youths, we would need more than 40-50, because we cannot play in the U18 cups with 13-14 year olds. It would be like playing with a U18 team against a U20 team.
Consider the fact that a 18 year old player would take 5 TCs, not 3, like currently does.
Maybe reduce the cost for youths from 1600 EUR to something like 500 for 13 year old and increase it upto 2000-3000 at the age of 17.
There is the matter of TCs, as in places and costs.
But it would raise a good idea, from this point of view.
With the current Training 2.1, a player would need 5-6 TCs to play at his best. That would mean that at the age of 19, a player wouldn't need any more TCs and play at his best (or good enough) from that early age, all he would need would be mainly experience, just like in RL.
Like I said, it's a very interesting idea, but we have to take a closer analysis.

Yeah! You made a point there, the difference between the new ones (13-14yo players) and the old ones (17-18yo players) will be quite big. But, for example, a team that have all 21 youths of 17-18 yo, will have some sort of advantage against other teams that have them (the 21 youths) of different ages (lets say 4 of each age). But then, the next season the first team will have to start all over again with new youths. So my point here is that if you want you can have an advantage with nowadays youth system, but if you want to keep your level throw the seasons, you'll need a variety of different aged youths. I hope that you understand what I want to say.
I like the idea of having the cost adapted to different ages also. It would be cool if we discuss this topic with most of the managers here! Regards
