Partial Skill Balls

Partial Skill Balls [b]HAVE[/b] to be shown in the Transfer Market. I am a fan of deteriorations, but my one main complaint is what those deteriorations do to the value of a player on the transfer market once they have lost a physical ball. Having the partial ball representation will at least help to show that their skill is in the high 7's (for example) and much closer to 8, as opposed to maxed at 7.00.Partial Skill Balls HAVE to be shown in the Transfer Market.
