this is a bug? or not? I send my young player in Youth Package, and in Package my player got Tackling, though my player previously had 10 balls on Tackling. This is bug or not? http://postimg.org/image/t8p8ro311/this is a bug? or not?

Not a bug. The YTC is correct. Be happy. There were many cases when the YTC indicated for e.g. a skill which wax maxed at 6-8. He will train PI and Cross. Good luck with him!Not a bug.
