It's just an idea, but it would add some further variety to the conditions of play influencing the game results.
Sunny day, nice temperature, gentle or no breeze - good for wings
Cold, raining and blowing a gale - good for short passing
Frozen/snow covered pitch - difficult for dribbling and ball control, but advantage long balls
Also the size of your stadium would then come into play and especially whether or not you have a roof (indoor/outdoor) and grandstands on all four sides to negate the wind/rain effect.
Not sure if this already exists, as some match reports do say something about the weather and conditions of play. But I'm not sure if they influence the game in anyway
