If you want to take part in the future of MZ, here is your place.

I want this federation to be one of the best there is and i am wiling to do anything for it to be.

I will be creating many Free of charge friendly leagues for us to take part in, and i will be offering support both tactically and financially (power tokens) to fellow members that ask politely.

Please, feel free to spread the work about this federation, and please do not hesitate to comment on this Forum regardless.

Thanks you guys

Yeah i was Just gonna say that to you as well. I really want english new comers to push with winning welcome cups, as it is a great way to start off your early career. The only teams in england that have won welcome cups are F.C. LIVERPOOL (narcisuk) and me Emanski F.C of course (correct me if im wrong)

Please if you need help with tactics or anything, please feel free to ask

Thanks

Thanks a lot. One theory ive developed is that when playing against a team which has a far better value than your own, the best mentality is balanced with pressing set to passive. However when against teams with a similar value then balanced and normal are more effective. Thats from what ive found, but the rule doesnt seem to wotk against some short passing formations for some reason. Have you found something similar?

In my opinion, i believe that it depends on the formation you are using. Me personally, i have always used an attacking mentality (as you generally created more chances and score more goals) however, i have always been stuck on whether to chose a passive or normal mentality. I had to ask experienced manager mosmosmos for help with deciding, and he recommended normal. I tried it out a couple of times and im 70% convinced that it is better to use normal than passive. He said that if you use Passive, your players would not tackle as much and let players run past easily. If you use aggressive, you commit fouls more frequently and your players lose energy quicker. So balanced is the better one as it is in the middle of both of them.

But as i said it depends on your formation. For all of you that uses a short passing tactic, i would recommend using mosmosmos's tactic, as it is my B tactic after my wing tactic. It is also used by our Assistant president Doneman (and hes dominating with it in div 1)

If you need it please ask me and i will send you the xml so you can import it into your tactic slot

Ive had a look at the tactic but i dont think it will work with my team atm as my defenders arent complete enough, esp in speed, to leave only 3 of them at the back but it may be one for the future. For me, the good thing about passive is that the players stay in their positions which seems to stop strikers running past them head on, forcing them to pass and possibly lose the ball, without needing to make the challenge. But I agree, the flip side is if the striker breaks through as defenders nearby will just stand there :/ lol.

Yeahh but the problem with playing four at the back is that, if the opposite team has a striker which is placed in the middle of your two centre backs, it will be easy for him to collect the ball (if hes got decent ball control) and just run through the gap unto the goal. That why i recommend using 3 centre backs, maybe not with the formation i recommended .
