This is for sponsoring me in this years Edinburgh Tough Mudder. I am doing this on behalf of my best mate who committed suicide after he left the army. He was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and went untreated. He had nobody to turn to. Erskine hospital help ex service men and women who have been injured physically or mentally. Had Miky knew about this hospital he would prob still be alive today. Incase anyone else does not know ... The Tough Mudder is a half marathon assault course where you get electrocuted and have to jump in a freezing cold ice bath.
