*Have Regular Competitions for MZ Clubs Supporting an NFL Team
*Maintain a Ranking System for MZ Clubs Representing an NFL Team (where accolades like, "Top Denver Broncos Supporter," can be awarded--probably on a seasonal basis)

The FLF (Federação Lusa de Futebol) is promoting a World Tournament with all Federations who are interested in participating.
The first eight federations to sign up will be selected .
Each federation will indicate 16 teams .
The Tournament will be played in the format of Friendly League . We will have 8 groups of 16 teams . The first four teams will pass to the next level with 32 teams .
These 32 teams will be divided into two groups of 16 teams each .
Finally the best eight teams of each group will join in the last group with 16 teams..
All games are played in two rounds .
The Federations should indicate their interest in participating in the FLF Forum ( Portugal ) .
After that each Federation will indicate which teams representing it .
