Enable Training Graphs after putting player on TL

This idea came up when I put some players in TL and forgot to make Training Graphs available to watch for some of them. Why can't we make them available after putting our player on TL? Some people forget to do so (like me :P) or maybe others can change their mind... So I think that enabling Training Graphs after putting player on TL can be a cool feature. Btw, I believe that if this feature is to be implemented, then the user must be restricted to make the graphs unavailable again after having made them available, in order to avoid abuse (once you make them available, it will always be available until transfer time expires).
