Kick off taker substitution bug

Found in head to head match in minutes 60 : http://www.managerzone.com/?p=head2head&sub=match&mid=30832 At 60m I replace 2 striker, and after game continue opponent make a goal. All go in position for kick off and those 2 striker go out and 2 come in. But those new 2 striker not go into position instead they go forward into opponent teritory. When whistle, no kickoff made instead opponent grab the ball and take possession.Found in head to head match in minutes 60 :
