Notification system in the transfer market

Some countries's transfer market is extremely inactive due to the limited number of users in that country. Just the way how the message board notifications raised the activity of the message boards in general, a similar system can be implemented to re-animate the transfer market (domestic) for countries with small number of users. This can be difficult (and annoying) for countries with large number of users, so this system can be limited to a few countries (or even a message board solely for the transfer market).Some countries's transfer market is extremely inactive due to the limited number of users in that country.

I'd be concerned how soon the call would be for notification about players matching certain criteria ("Speed at least 7" or "Total balls at least 40", that sort of thing), which would be pretty awful. I would've thought anyone selling a good player in a small country would be at pains to advertise to others in those countries, to maximize the chance of a good price? It's not the biggest ask to check transfers once every 3 days, or once a day if you want to be really careful. A couple of minutes effort.
