I might not be the foremost authority on the matter, but I'll offer some advice nonetheless. Invest in your stadium. You'll make significantly more money for each league game if you add seats and facilities. Someone else can hopefully tell you the exact numbers you need to maximize your profits. Also, fire some of your more worthless players and get several youths. Send them to training camp, but don't send them to youth training camp.
