It's all done by language rather than nationality, and there isn't one for Gaelic so Irish users. English language forums are de facto "International forum", so that's where you'll find most Irish users. There are probably also some on the Polish forums, since of course there's a sizable Polish population in Ireland these days. Good idea anyway, you should maybe look at getting a note put in the Zone (MZ user magazine) if you really want to get it going.
