I didnt like the opening ceremony, seemed more like a Eurovision song contest opening ceremony rather than an Olympic games one.... Simply tragic... Although I am a big fan of the Mr Bean series and this appearance was really funny, I believe it wasnt appropriate for Olympic Games. It was very appropiate :-) btw: the ceremony alone cost 35 million euro ... I think with 500.000 euro, one can make a very decent ceremony & have 34.5 million left, to give to the poor people.It was very appropiate :-)

was out of the box.well done. the 80-90 musical journey was a drag.edit that out n was a very gd,different ceremony. loved it. but china was better:)was out of the box.well done.

Very boring opening ceremony unfortunately, the videos were the best bits. The Queen couldn't even be bothered to sport a smile when she was introduced. Everyone was smiling except her and she's stood there like she's a gift to mankind. Great crowd though.Very boring opening ceremony unfortunately, the videos were the best bits. As a person who suffers from anglophilia, I enjoyed all of it. A truly amazing show, that kept me captivated all until that beautiful Norwegian blonde had carried our flag into the stadium, upon I feel asleep and had a Mr. Bean alike dream.As a person who suffers from anglophilia, I enjoyed all of it. I enjoyed it. Any event that includes Sir Paul McCartney will be a success. I'm not sure I understood some parts of it; maybe something was lost in translation. It was a good show overall, but I've always enjoyed the athletic competition much more than the ceremonies.I enjoyed it. Any event that includes Sir Paul McCartney will be a success.
