The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A sloppy throw-in by Müslüm Baba in the 15th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Jupiter Siemiatycze's Qin Yang De. If Connor Brütting had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Ture Juniel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dobromir Klawki. That made the score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Müslüm Baba threw the ball into play from the sideline. Jupiter Siemiatycze's Qin Yang De quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The audience was convinced that Ture Juniel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dobromir Klawki was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Dobromir Klawki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Germany made a substitution. Vicente Echterhoff replaced Müslüm Baba. Jupiter Siemiatycze's Tymoteusz Byczewski was substituted for Friday Sobota. With a little luck, Germany's Oliverio Kahn got control of the ball when Dobrilo Zečević tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dobromir Klawki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Róbert Štriker in the 76th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Sulo Montaña had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dobromir Klawki.
