Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rich Lawson started the match with the kick off. Kirk Miranda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Erik Cabrera made a huge save. In the 4th minute, Ernest Reeder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Simon Rainey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rich Lawson, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Kirk Miranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Erik Cabrera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simon Rainey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rich Lawson in the 15th minute of the match. Stephan Gauthier lost his temper 18 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Stephan Gauthier kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Lonnie Lusk missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 20 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Simon Rainey right hand side. After some careless play in the Flagstaff defense, Rich Lawson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Simon Rainey. The Flagstaff fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Simon Rainey should have stopped the shot. Simon Rainey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruce Singer in the 27th minute of the match. Simon Rainey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rich Lawson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rocky Shirley's late challenge caught a Flagstaff's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rocky Shirley helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Waialua getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Rocky Shirley hit a great ball. Waialua's Erik Cabrera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kermit Regan in the 36th minute of play. Simon Rainey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruce Singer, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rich Lawson in the 44th minute of play forced Flagstaff's goalkeeper Simon Rainey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute Rich Lawson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Rainey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kermit Regan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Flagstaff's goal looked a bit too open when Rich Lawson came free, but Simon Rainey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kirk Miranda kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Larry Burger, 70 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Bruce Singer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Simon Rainey. Flagstaff's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bruce Singer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Simon Rainey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rocky Shirley in the 77th minute of the match. Simon Rainey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rich Lawson in the 80th minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Kermit Regan made a precise shot to the right of Erik Cabrera. Waialua's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Simon Rainey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rocky Shirley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 95 played minutes Flagstaff got a freekick which was hit by Roosevelt Hollis.
