The Clasico XI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacobo Beila should have stopped the shot. Jacobo Beila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteve Elodio in the 19th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Clasico XI's Juan Fernendo got a free kick in the 19th minute. A collision led to Clasico XI getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Miguel Nel hit a great ball. After 29 played minutes Clasico XI got a freekick which was hit by Virgilio Gar. Mauro Caitano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacobo Beila having to make a save. Clasico XI's Jacobo Beila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteve Elodio in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Mauro Caitano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ibarlucea fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Esteve Elodio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Nel who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 45thth minute tested the skills of Elpidio Etxepare when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
