Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 6 minutes into the match, Happy FC's René Tétrault sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benedict King narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Happy FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Baudouin Larson in the 7th minute. Shannon McKinnon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Granville Askew in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angelo Nugent saved Happy FC from getting behind. Benedict King came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Happy FC's René Tétrault. But to his dismay, René Tétrault quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. René Tétrault received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Benedict King tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Allen Quinn kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Zachary Gour dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benedict King, 2-0. 41 minutes into the game, René Tétrault cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Benedict King was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44th minute Zachary Gour shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedict King saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Zachary Gour's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benedict King was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. René Tétrault fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedict King having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Shannon McKinnon to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Happy FC's Maxime Holt got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Granville Askew fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Nugent having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Eldridge Blank hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Shannon McKinnon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. René Tétrault received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Benedict King tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Vauquelin CN's goal looked a bit too open when René Tétrault came free, but Benedict King reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benedict King made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zachary Gour in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Granville Askew recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Angelo Nugent. Granville Askew showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. If Zachary Gour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zachary Gour in the 96th minute of play forced Vauquelin CN's goalkeeper Benedict King to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
