When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Róbert Horváth took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Marc Larivière to make any attempt to save it. Mississauga Blue Devils's Hong Flaherty played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franklin Dobson in the 37th minute of play. Martin Oliverios scored 5-0 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marc Larivière, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Róbert Horváth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Martin Oliverios stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Mississauga Blue Devils's Anderson Durepos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mississauga Blue Devils's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Oliverios was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marc Larivière breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 65 played minutes Vauquelin CN got a freekick which was hit by Dalton Hines. Vauquelin CN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mississauga Blue Devils the free kick. A collision led to Vauquelin CN getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Granville Askew hit a great ball. In the 70th minute, Martin Oliverios ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marc Larivière was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Anderson Durepos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Larivière having to interfere. A collision led to Vauquelin CN getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Gilles Butler hit a great ball. After 79 minutes of play, Mississauga Blue Devils's Róbert Horváth made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marc Larivière was left in no man's land by his defense there! 84 minutes into the match, Mississauga Blue Devils's Róbert Horváth sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marc Larivière narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Róbert Horváth left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mississauga Blue Devils fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. The penalty shot was made by Heriberto Sorenson, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Vauquelin CN's Marc Larivière. 10-0.
