The supporters of Vauquelin CN booed when Dundee United FC SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. François Blackmon didn't get a good kick on the ball. 12 minutes into the game, Denver Ruff cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Emerson Walter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 17 minutes into the match, Santos Allison had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emerson Walter. Dundee United FC SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santos Allison was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Dalton Hines kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. With a little luck, Vauquelin CN's Marc Larivière got control of the ball when Mack Guy tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rayford Davenport struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Marc Larivière didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dundee United FC SC. François Blackmon's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Marc Larivière skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Rayford Davenport fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dundee United FC SC's protests and gave Rayford Davenport a yellow card for diving instead. When François Blackmon came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Dundee United FC SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that François Blackmon couldn't finish the play. With his leg Marc Larivière managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Dundee United FC SC's François Blackmon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Vauquelin CN's Shannon McKinnon got a free kick in the 38th minute. Geoffroi Odonnell struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Emerson Walter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denver Ruff in the 46th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mack Guy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute François Blackmon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marc Larivière saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Mack Guy notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Vauquelin CN's Marc Larivière. Marc Larivière was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 81stth minute of the game François Blackmon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vauquelin CN's Marc Larivière was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Emerson Walter made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Granville Askew sent off a good shot on target. When Dundee United FC SC's Rayford Davenport in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by François Blackmon in the 92nd minute of play forced Vauquelin CN's goalkeeper Marc Larivière to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 94 minutes, Miguel Fluet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dundee United FC SC and the Vauquelin CN players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Dundee United FC SC's Miguel Fluet got a free kick in the 94th minute. Mack Guy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Marc Larivière tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dundee United FC SC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
