Spectators: 8081 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1941, VIP seats: 140) After a defensive mix-up in Nova Scotias Finest's zone, Dallas Vogel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xavier Webb came out of the goal and Dallas Vogel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnulfo Moyer hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After 18 played minutes Malonton FC got a freekick which was hit by Eloy Drew. Merlin Sellers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Urbain Sorenson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 23 minutes, Dallas Vogel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malonton FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dallas Vogel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Blaine Pelland was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 26th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. A collision led to Nova Scotias Finest getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Arnulfo Moyer hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the game, James Olsen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Xavier Webb was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Xavier Webb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from James Olsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, Malonton FC's goalkeeper Urbain Sorenson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Merlin Sellers. In the 39th minute, Dallas Vogel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dane Tanguay charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dane Tanguay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dane Tanguay hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Xavier Webb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dallas Vogel in the 42nd minute of play. Dallas Vogel might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xavier Webb. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dallas Vogel ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 47th minute, Bruno Gil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Nova Scotias Finest players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Malonton FC were winning 0-1.

In the 52nd minute, Arnulfo Moyer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isaac Nixon kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Malonton FC's Blaine Pelland tried to score from far away in the 54th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 58 played minutes Nova Scotias Finest got a freekick which was hit by Tyler Sarrazin. 65 minutes into the match, Malonton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Merlin Sellers came free, but Urbain Sorenson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Nova Scotias Finest's Gérard Dionne sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Urbain Sorenson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Urbain Sorenson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gérard Dionne in the 70th minute of the match. Dallas Vogel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Xavier Webb tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dallas Vogel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Xavier Webb made a huge save. Urbain Sorenson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Merlin Sellers in the 82nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gérard Dionne in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Urbain Sorenson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 85 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Nova Scotias Finest! The goalkeeper, Xavier Webb, was totally fooled by Malonton FC's Blaine Pelland, who 87 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gérard Dionne in the 90th minute of play forced Malonton FC's goalkeeper Urbain Sorenson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Urbain Sorenson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gérard Dionne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Gérard Dionne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute, Gérard Dionne hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
