William Andrade who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 3rdth minute tested the skills of Gino Montenegro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 7th play minute William Andrade came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gino Montenegro. 1-0. In the 12th match minute, Gaviaozinho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cléberson Guimarães to maneuver through the defense. Gino Montenegro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chiquinho Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Zoiudo's zone, William Andrade stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Sanches showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexsandro Veiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. With an all-out effort, Gaviaozinho FC's Gino Montenegro threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Chiquinho Seco, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alexsandro Veiga was the one to do the kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Zoiudo's goal looked a bit too open when William Andrade came free, but Gino Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Zoiudo defense, Manuel Cardozo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gino Montenegro. The Zoiudo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gino Montenegro should have stopped the shot. Cesinha da Fonseca hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Chiquinho Seco took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gino Montenegro. Gino Montenegro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Manuel Cardozo took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gino Montenegro.
