Pedrinho Veloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Suárez Rado, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Pedrinho Veloso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Christian Zanette showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. A hard shot 14 in the game by Suárez Rado from a close distance when the talented Pedrinho Veloso managed to make a qualified save. Chafariz's players were relieved. After 16 played minutes Guaecá MZ got a freekick which was hit by Károly Tóth. The crowd rose to their feet as Suárez Rado kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pedrinho Veloso. That made the score 2-0 in the 19 minute of play. Chafariz's Pedrinho Veloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Suárez Rado in the 25th minute of play. The Guaecá MZ fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when Guaecá MZ's Christian Zanette looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Pedrinho Veloso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Christian Zanette showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 32 minute of play. Christian Zanette was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 35th minute. Guaecá MZ's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a defensive mix-up in Chafariz's zone, Christian Zanette stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedrinho Veloso came out of the goal and Christian Zanette tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chafariz's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Franciszek Serwach scored to the left of an out of position Pedrinho Veloso, making the score, 5-0. Chafariz's Pedrinho Veloso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Chafariz from getting a goal against them. In the 43rd minute Franciszek Serwach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedrinho Veloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Franciszek Serwach notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Chafariz's Pedrinho Veloso. Pedrinho Veloso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 47 minutes into the match, Chafariz's goalkeeper Pedrinho Veloso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christian Zanette. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Chafariz made a substitution. Bernard Filipkowski replaced Jardel Leão. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rômulo Carvalho to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 79th minute Suárez Rado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedrinho Veloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Guaecá MZ booed when Chafariz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto Messias didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute Falcão Couto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil Paes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedrinho Veloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Suárez Rado, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Pedrinho Veloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franciszek Serwach in the 94th minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Tiago Gabriel Sanches left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guaecá MZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0.
