Aquilino Caitano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anacleto Natal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Anacleto Natal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aquilino Caitano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. di pley eñorehhh FC's Danilo Intxixu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Gonsalve in the 18th minute of play. Rene Gonsalve received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Danilo Intxixu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danilo Intxixu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albino Cucao in the 21st minute of the match. Rene Gonsalve received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Danilo Intxixu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, di pley eñorehhh FC's Aquilino Caitano threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Anacleto Natal, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Danilo Intxixu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Gonsalve, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 31 played minutes di pley eñorehhh FC got a freekick which was hit by Froilan Senio. Lucas Mikelar hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. The supporters of di pley eñorehhh FC booed when C.A. LANUS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Elia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Danilo Intxixu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Cucao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, C.A. LANUS's Aquilino Caitano got control of the ball when Anacleto Natal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Albino Cucao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Intxixu having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Rene Gonsalve made the kick off in the second half. C.A. LANUS's Aquilino Caitano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anacleto Natal in the 53rd minute of play. A collision led to C.A. LANUS getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Eduardo Elia hit a great ball. In the 58th minute, Nunez Rivero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Albino Cucao came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the C.A. LANUS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albino Cucao couldn't finish the play. Danilo Intxixu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Gonsalve in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Pablo Columbo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 68 played minutes C.A. LANUS got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Elia. Aquilino Caitano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Natal in the 78th minute of the match. When Serge De Wortelaer fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A. LANUS's protests and gave Serge De Wortelaer a yellow card for diving instead. Albino Cucao could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Danilo Intxixu made a huge save. LANUS were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
