Vinicio Ignatius took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Constantino Paio. Constantino Paio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Constantino Paio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinicio Ignatius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Constantino Paio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinicio Ignatius, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After 16 played minutes Germania AFC got a freekick which was hit by Wincenty Podwojski. Estudiantes de Caseros's Vinicio Ignatius got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Germania AFC's zone, Vinicio Ignatius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Constantino Paio came out of the goal and Vinicio Ignatius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th minute Norberto Domenec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantino Paio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Constantino Paio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norberto Domenec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Norberto Domenec managed to get in a good position for a shot. Estudiantes de Caseros's supporters rose to their feet, but Norberto Domenec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Constantino Paio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Germania AFC's Constantino Paio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Domenec in the 44th minute of play. Vinicio Ignatius's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Constantino Paio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. A collision led to Estudiantes de Caseros getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Placido Gorbea hit a great ball. Cosme Leizarraga was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Amadeo Valentine.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vinicio Ignatius to strike the kick off in the second half. Wincenty Podwojski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 53 in the game by Norberto Domenec from a close distance when the talented Constantino Paio managed to make a qualified save. Germania AFC's players were relieved. If Wincenty Podwojski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Estudiantes de Caseros booed when Germania AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltasar Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wincenty Podwojski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Cosme Leizarraga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wincenty Podwojski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute, Edvin Jakobsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Placido Gorbea was shown his second yellow card after 67 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Estudiantes de Caseros's Placido Gorbea got a free kick in the 68th minute. Norberto Domenec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantino Paio having to interfere. 91 minutes into the game, Germania AFC's Wincenty Podwojski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cosme Leizarraga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Norberto Domenec struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Constantino Paio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Estudiantes de Caseros.
