Albano Gartzea succeeded in the game's 10th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. 14 minutes into the match, Tobuna AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Elpidio Berriotxoa came free, but Aaron Rodriguez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albano Gartzea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Braulio Astrada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albano Gartzea couldn't finish the play. Gavino Duarte hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. A collision led to Ninte getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Pascual Castel hit a great ball. Albano Gartzea struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Aaron Rodriguez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ninte . Ninte 's Ubaldo Luix proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Ninte from getting a goal against them. In the 48th minute, Elpidio Berriotxoa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ninte fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Braulio Astrada in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ubaldo Luix prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Albano Gartzea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Aaron Rodriguez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 58 minutes of play, Ninte 's Elpidio Berriotxoa made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aaron Rodriguez was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 62ndth minute of the game Braulio Astrada who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ninte 's Ubaldo Luix was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Basilio Nofre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the last second Aaron Rodriguez throw himself and got hold of the ball when Albano Gartzea in the 70thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 72nd match minute, Ninte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustacio Jerrold to maneuver through the defense. When Pascual Castel fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ninte 's protests and gave Pascual Castel a yellow card for diving instead. 75 minutes into the game, one of Ninte :s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The Ninte players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
