After a defensive mix-up in Snailbeach's zone, Braulio Astrada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fared Shrean came out of the goal and Braulio Astrada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Snailbeach's Mohammad Boland in 18 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Aaron Rodriguez guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Morad Al Saffar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Rodriguez having to interfere. Braulio Astrada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fared Shrean having to interfere. Basilio Nofre's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fared Shrean firmly grabbed it by the left post. Morad Al Saffar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Basilio Nofre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Basilio Nofre could shoot a difficult shot in the 37th minute, which Fared Shrean however easily saved by the left post. After 44 played minutes Tobuna AFC got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Astrada. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Talal Bo Qamaz in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aaron Rodriguez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Braulio Astrada to make the kick off. Snailbeach's Fared Shrean played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Nofre in the 52nd minute of play. After 63 minutes of play, Snailbeach's Morad Al Saffar made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aaron Rodriguez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tobuna AFC's Aaron Rodriguez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Talal Bo Qamaz in the 70th minute of play. After some careless play in the Tobuna AFC defense, Morad Al Saffar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aaron Rodriguez. The Tobuna AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aaron Rodriguez should have stopped the shot. Aaron Rodriguez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Talal Bo Qamaz in the 79th minute of the match. With a little luck, Tobuna AFC's Aaron Rodriguez got control of the ball when Morad Al Saffar tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enzo Palban during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aaron Rodriguez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sulaiman Al Hindi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle sounded Snailbeach left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tobuna AFC.
