A collision led to Mancardos FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Narciso Millano hit a great ball. In the 15th minute Evelio Garci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Lizardi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Mancardos FC's Sixto Abalos got a free kick in the 28th minute. After some careless play in the Mancardos FC defense, Filomeno Gipuzkoa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacinto Lizardi. The Mancardos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacinto Lizardi should have stopped the shot. Severo Asur hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute, German Castel made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Gonzo. Dragon Azzurro FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roque Bermudo was the one to do the kick off. Dragon Azzurro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mancardos FC the free kick. Joaquin Gonzo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mancardos FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roque Bermudo in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gonzo saved Dragon Azzurro FC from getting behind. Joaquin Gonzo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roque Bermudo's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. German Castel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacinto Lizardi was a little too slow when Paulo Rocendo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Loco in the 90th minute of play forced Dragon Azzurro FC's goalkeeper Joaquin Gonzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Mancardos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Evelio Garci came free, but Jacinto Lizardi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Mancardos FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Dragon Azzurro FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Dragon Azzurro FC.
