Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Drew Doney made the kick off and thus started the match. Kenyon Blyth received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gandwy Hawker came out and tried to block the shot, but Kenyon Blyth slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. After 6 minutes, Wmffre Blackadder mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caerleon and the Caerleon FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Wmffre Blackadder kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Caerleon's Gwres Keatinge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Drew Doney in the 8th minute of play. Clust Farthing could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Gandwy Hawker made a huge save. Kenyon Blyth succeeded in the game's 19th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Kenyon Blyth took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Gandwy Hawker to make any attempt to save it. Kenyon Blyth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Clust Farthing came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Caerleon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clust Farthing couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Clust Farthing managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caerleon's supporters rose to their feet, but Clust Farthing was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gandwy Hawker breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 38 minutes, Kenyon Blyth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caerleon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kenyon Blyth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Caerleon's Clust Farthing got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 43 minutes, Gandwy Hawker successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 46th minute Kenyon Blyth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gandwy Hawker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Clust Farthing stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cadwgawn Kinealy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Gwres Keatinge made a huge save. When Kenyon Blyth came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Caerleon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kenyon Blyth couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Caerwyn Conyers during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Caerwyn Conyers hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 61 minutes into the match, Caerleon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kenyon Blyth came free, but Gandwy Hawker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anwir Keary's late challenge caught a Caerleon FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anwir Keary helped the player get up and apologised. Anwir Keary hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Gwres Keatinge was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cadfael Brackeen. In the 72nd minute Clust Farthing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gandwy Hawker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Caerleon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Clust Farthing came free, but Gandwy Hawker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Syvwlch Cordwainer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clust Farthing in the 92nd minute of play forced Caerleon FC's goalkeeper Gandwy Hawker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Clust Farthing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Caerleon walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
