In the 3rd minute, Ron Hamilton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barclay McFrank took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bracken John. Clúb Futbol Campilé's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 4th match minute, Clúb Futbol Campilé was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giles Silke to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the match, Braon Caffey dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gavin Harkin, 1-0. When Braon Caffey fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Clúb Futbol Campilé's protests and gave Braon Caffey a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th minute, Braon Caffey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henry McPeter took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bracken John. Bracken John dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Gavin Harkin was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Barnaby McAaron capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Barnaby McAaron really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. In the 23rd minute, Declan McJames made a precise shot to the right of Bracken John. Clúb Futbol Campilé's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Clúb Futbol Campilé's zone, Declan McJames stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bracken John came out of the goal and Declan McJames tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Clúb Futbol Campilé's Donell Caffrey got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute of the match Barclay McFrank shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bracken John showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rorry McPhilip during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Clúb Futbol Campilé booed when Cloonlumny was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rorry McPhilip didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Clúb Futbol Campilé defense, Henry McPeter kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bracken John. The Clúb Futbol Campilé fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bracken John should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Clúb Futbol Campilé getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Gill Ghee hit a great ball. 39 minutes into the game, Berrigan Colwell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Clúb Futbol Campilé's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cloonlumny the free kick. After a rather tough play, Clúb Futbol Campilé's Berrigan Colwell got a free kick in the 39th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Clúb Futbol Campilé's goal looked a bit too open when Barclay McFrank came free, but Bracken John reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barnaby McAaron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Barclay McFrank made a kick off. Bracken John was a little too slow when Barclay McFrank got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 2-4. A collision led to Cloonlumny getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Garrett McPaul hit a great ball. Bracken John made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barclay McFrank in the 67th minute of play. In the 79th minute Barnaby McAaron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavin Harkin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bracken John was a little too slow when Barclay McFrank got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 2-5. 85 minutes into the match, Clúb Futbol Campilé's goal looked a bit too open when Barclay McFrank came free, but Bracken John reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Clúb Futbol Campilé's Gill Ghee got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 88th minute, Braon Caffey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 89th minute, Braon Caffey made a precise shot to the right of Gavin Harkin. Cloonlumny's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-5. Gavin Harkin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Braon Caffey went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-5 was the resulting score. When the final whistle sounded Cloonlumny left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Clúb Futbol Campilé.
